Admitted to List II of the Luxembourg Bar, I combine analytical rigour and human sensitivity to defend your interests at defining moments.
Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List II), I combine a background in international and European business law (Master 2, Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne) with hands-on experience across law firms and in-house teams. My path has taken me from Strasbourg (DDETS, Ernst & Young) to Bucharest (Dentons), and then to Luxembourg (Lex Thielen & Associés), where I independently handled cases in civil, commercial, family, bankruptcy, real estate and tenancy law, and pleaded before Luxembourg courts. I am now seeking to continue my career within a Luxembourg law firm to further develop my expertise.
Every file is handled personally, with discretion and in strict observance of professional privilege. My approach combines the rigour of legal analysis with a fine grasp of the human and economic stakes.

The first consultation lets you set out your situation, identify the stakes and outline a strategy. It can take place in person, by video conference or by phone. A written summary can be sent to you following the meeting.
Yes. Admitted to List II of the Luxembourg Bar, I appear before all Luxembourg courts: the District Court, the Court of Appeal, the Court of Cassation, and specialised courts.
Yes. I work in French, English (C1) and Arabic (Lebanese dialect). For matters requiring other languages, I work with a network of qualified correspondents.
Every exchange is covered by professional privilege, an absolute and public-order principle. Communications are handled with the utmost discretion, and sensitive documents are kept securely.
Of course. I handle both one-off matters — written opinions, contract audits, standalone dispute management — and files requiring longer-term follow-up.
